DEMONSTRATION QUALIFICATION

Adding a firearm to your CCW Permit

If you intend to add a firearm to your Carry Concealed Weapon (CCW) Permit, you will need to demonstrate your ability to qualify with that firearm prior to the issuing agency allowing you to add it to your permit. This short qualification is intended to do just that.

When you sign up for the class you will be required to fill out the Make, Model, Caliber, and Serial Number of only the firearm that you want to add to your permit. This information must be filled out to sign up, and for us to have your Demonstration Certificate ready for you. It will ask for the make, Model, serial number, and caliber of the firearm you want to add to your permit. PLEASE, double check the serial number and information you provided on the form. If it is incorrect the agency issuing your permit will reject it.

Equipment you will NEED:

• At the most, 50 rounds of ammunition for each firearm you want to qualify with, or add to your permit
• Eye and Ear protection
• There will be NO holster work for this qualification

You will have three chances to qualify. If you fail to qualify by your third try you must get some additional training time and you can take the Demonstration Qualification again. This is a requirement of the agencies issuing your permits.

$20 fee for the Demonstration Qualification
